Primary Responsibilities - Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, typically involving a large project staff
- Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Coordinate staffing and workload of staff through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
- Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with other Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other disciplines
- Work with the Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers or Company Controllers and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project reviews
- Implement QA/QC procedures and execute training for personnel as established
Qualifications Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum 5 years project management experience
- PE license
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree
- PMP certification
- Preferred 15+ years of experience working in large, complex projects with strong project management background
- Water/Wastewater Project Engineering experience preferred, including complex water/wastewater projects including condition assessments, planning and design of collection systems, distribution systems and/or treatment plant projects.
