A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative group of attorneys and staff while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Handle estate and trust administration matters from start to finish.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate issues, and related legal matters.
• Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the team environment with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.
• Admission to the PA bar is required.
• Admission to NJ is a plus
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
• A collaborative, team-oriented, and business-minded approach.
