Qualification:

The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong background in telemedicine, medical cost of care, value-based care, and provider collaboration. A master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should possess proven advisory and leadership experience with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive business decisions. Strong analytical skills and expertise in healthcare technology integration are essential. Additionally, candidates must be flexible and willing to travel frequently to various locations across the U.S. for client meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with client project teams to provide functional, technical, and industry expertise for successful solution design and delivery.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in telemedicine and value-based care.
• Offer influencing and advisory support to teams and leadership.
• Make critical team decisions and contribute to key business and technology strategies.
• Develop and implement telemedicine strategies in healthcare settings to improve patient care and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telemedicine technologies into existing healthcare systems.
• Analyze telemedicine usage trends and data to provide insights for improving healthcare outcomes.
• Lead training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of telemedicine platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telemedicine to provide thought leadership.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in healthcare with expertise in telemedicine, medical cost of care, value-based care, and provider collaboration.
• Proven experience in advisory and leadership roles within healthcare and telemedicine domains.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to travel frequently as needed for client meetings and knowledge transfer.
