Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience and increase process efficiency. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, assisting managers in process steps, collecting interview feedback and facilitating the movement of candidates through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews with candidates and interviewers.

  • Communicate with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process

  • Send confirmation emails and reminders to candidates and interviewers and follow up as needed

  • Schedule debrief meetings with a quick turnaround.

  • Update and maintain candidate information and status in the applicant tracking system.

  • Organize meetings with hiring managers as required.

  • Assist hiring managers in completing process steps effectively and efficiently.

  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Provide on-going support to Recruiters as needed

  • Prepare and maintain recruiting reports and metrics.

Required Experience & Sklls

  • At least one year of experience in recruiting coordination or administration.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or SuccessFactors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
