Take 5 Oil Change - Immediate Store Managers Needed

As a Store Manager at Take 5, you will oversee all store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient resource management. We are currently seeking individuals to work in our upcoming Laramie location, Casper, and Grand Junction Colorado. Moving expenses and paid training will be offered.

As a Take 5 Store Manager, your job will be to:

• Perform oil changes: Drain and fill/remove and replace oil/fuel filters.
• Adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Train employees over a multiple week process to meet all Take 5 standards
• Ensure the shop is operating to Take 5 standards and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Tire rotations
• Differential services
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

All our Store Managers need to meet the following requirements:

Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, maneuver safely under cars, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in hot/cold weather conditions
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Opportunities for staff advancements
• Manage budgets and oversee stock control
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate staff to meet sales targets

Requirements:

• Confidence, enthusiasm, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and numerical communication skills
• Work and communicate well with others

As a Take 5 Shop Manager, your job will include:

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: Conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Placing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services
• Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary
• Providing excellent customer service

All our Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week
• Must have basic computer operating skills.
