Position Summary: The Social Media assists the Sales and Marketing team in growth and engagement of our social media presence. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for social media. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in social media marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This position may be located either in Florence, SC, Charleston, SC or potentially remote/hybrid. Essential Job Functions

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Must be and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Targets major competitors and builds loyalty with potential customers
  • Create and maintain social media advertisements
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that align with the Raines Co. brand voice and objectives
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
