As a SEO Specialist , the purpose is to support the company’s dedicated SEO team in their ongoing success. The role is vital in maintaining their commitment to excellence in SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

📦 Collaborate with developers and copywriters to ensure adherence to industry best practices in every new website.

📑 Create strategic post-launch plans, including the implementation of smart redirects, to maintain and enhance SEO performance.

💼 Shape website architecture and URL structures to enhance search engine friendliness.

📊 Perform comprehensive keyword research and provide guidance to copywriters for SEO-optimized content creation.

🗓️ Ensure accurate mapping of redirects and timely submission of new sitemaps to Google Search Console post-launch.

🔍 Utilize SEO tools to gather insights and trends, staying ahead of competitors' tactics.

🌐 Maintain and execute the link-building strategy to enhance website authority.

🤝 Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content that ranks well and attracts attention.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time. They prefer candidates available from 8 am - 5 pm Eastern Time but welcome those available from 8 am - 2 pm Eastern Time.

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 2-3 years of on-site and technical SEO experience.

✅ Proficiency in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SurferSEO, and Sitebulb.

✅ Excellent spoken and written English skills.
