Position Overview
In this content-heavy role, your primary goal will be to love and serve our clients by enhancing their visibility on Google searches. By doing so, you will help generate leads and drive new sales for their businesses. Your responsibilities will include checking the work of content writers to ensure high quality and SEO optimization, executing the SEO process, and delivering monthly reports on time to positively impact our clients’ visibility.

This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours tailored to your schedule. While you have the freedom to choose when to work, we ask for commitment to a mutually agreed-upon schedule. Weekly team meetings will require some overlap with our team based in the Philippines.

✅ Strong writing and content editing skills, with SEO experience.
✅ Hands-on experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools.
✅ Comfort in client-facing interactions and experience in an agency environment.
✅ Ability to manage content writers effectively.
✅ A willingness to share your thoughts, question ideas when there's a better way, and help teach the team, putting team efficiency ahead of personal pride.

🔍 Additional experience with local SEO strategies.
📊 Knowledge of project management tools and reporting metrics.
📍 Familiarity with local SEO tools like BrightLocal.
🛠️ Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, and Screaming Frog.

You will put your knowledge and skills to the test every day. Your opinions will matter, and you’ll have ample opportunity to impact various decisions.
Initially, you will start with basic tasks, and once we see you have what it takes, you will be promoted to the role of SEO Account Manager. You will work directly with and report to the Founder and Operations Manager.
During your first weeks at Clinic Success Partners, you’ll undergo training, meet new team members, and learn about our partners, business model, and operations.
We work collaboratively with tools such as Slack and ClickUp.
In your first three months, you will manage a small portfolio of campaigns with support from a mentoring specialist and manager, who will provide guidance and quality assurance on your work.
Your comprehensive training will cover various areas of SEO and how they relate to our campaigns, regardless of your day-to-day role.
After the initial three months (or sooner), you’ll be fully integrated into your team and contributing to the success of our campaigns.
*Please note that this is a gross salary based on full-time commitment, with the option for negotiation for part-time roles.
