Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership Job Overview / Job Summary: Drive the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will work closely with the sales department, building relationships and acting as the inside salesperson for assessment pull through opportunities. You will have close interactions with the parts team and RSPL team as you should understand how to interpret parts quotes and field service quotes from assessments. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will provide timely updates to internal and external customers regarding assessment projects. You will be responsible for long term projects that require forecasting and planning and budgeting. You will not lead a specific product line but instead be involved in all assessment services offered by department.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain & expand the Sales Strategy/SOPs & support material to increase assessment pull through
- Manage all SFDC Assessment Pull Through Ops to drive to won/booked.
- Coordinate and plan assessments at customer sites
- Understand and interpret a well-written report that will be given to the customer in a timely manner
- Track parts in Oracle for work on site - both repairs done by IGS and Customer
- Educate customer and field technicians as needed
- Purchase goods and services in support of projects
- Lead all follow-up meetings with the customer after assessment is complete
- Assemble stakeholders for quality discussions regarding a specific product
Physical abilities & Requirements - Willing to work overtime as required.
- Limited air/car travel
YOU MUST HAVE - High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ yrs. of administrative experience
- Proficiency in SalesForce and Oracle or equivalent software/programs
- Microsoft Office proficiency for emails, reports, and travel planning
- Previous experience in a sales role or daily dealings with external customers
WE VALUE - Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint
- Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
- Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred.
- Effective communication skills
- Some experience in project management
