Providence Staffing is seeking a skilled and reliable Screen Printer to join a growing custom T-shirt and apparel company in Columbus, GA . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment, preparing artwork, setting up screens, and producing high-quality prints on garments with consistency and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative eye and a passion for garment printing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses
• Burn screens, mix inks, and register artwork according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print area and equipment
• Monitor and adjust press settings for optimal print quality and efficiency
• Pre-treat garments when necessary and load/unload them from printing machines
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and daily goals
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
• Assist with inventory of inks, screens, and other supplies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of screen printing experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with different types of garments, fabrics, and inks a plus
• Basic knowledge of design files, artwork preparation, and print layout a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic

Compensation:

The starting pay for this position is $15 per hour.
