Interim HealthCare is currently in search of a Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager who wants to experience nursing on a whole new level, where care is personal, and the perks are exceptional. The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. The RN Case Manager will be based out of our Manchester, New Hampshire office and will service the towns in the surrounding areas. Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:
  • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
  • Nursing experience required
  • Recent wound care experience preferred but is not required
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
  • Reliable transportation
