This is for a Junior Recruiter with room for growth!
Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and other creative channels.
• Support the Recruiting Manager in building a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Completing in-person interview with hiring managers when recruiting manager is not available
• Taking in-depth and detailed notes about the candidate in both initial and in person interviews
• Assist with job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Reviewing resumes on all postings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support the Recruiting Manager in preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
• Complete all reference checks on possible hires
• High Volume of Calling- Warm and Cold Calling
• Assist in the maintenance and identification of redundancies throughout the talent pipeline
• Serve as the primary contact point for all incoming Recruitment questions
• Work closely with the Recruiting Manager and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of High-Volume Talent Acquisition experience
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to listen and translate what's being expressed into tangible outcomes
