Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization. The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong background in graphic design and content creation who has a proven track record with setting timelines and managing people.

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for our family of companies.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff while collaborating closely with senior management.
  • Create compelling graphic designs for ads, flyers, social media posts, websites, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies.
  • Research industry trends and advertising methods.
  • Implement strategy, set timelines and produce results.
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
  • Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
  • Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
  • Edit videos and podcasts for YouTube and other social media outlets.
  • Research promotional opportunities for digital ad placement.
  • Help plan and coordinate conferences and events.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Assist in the process of coordinating promotional items and giveaways.
  • Produce content for email blast and blogs.
  • Update content on websites.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Marketing Manager Qualifications / Skills:

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, delegate, and instruct/manage a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively while easily adapting to changes.
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency.
  • Professional judgment and discretion.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, social media advertising, email and text advertising, production, etc.
  • Familiar with navigating social media websites.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences.
  • Can be creative while working within brand guidelines.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously producing quality work and within given timeframes.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Management experience

5+ years of experience with content creation and graphic design

Working knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Suite, MailChimp and WordPress

Driver’s License

Reliable Transportation

Schedule:

· Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm

· Friday 8:00am-3:00pm
