Positions Available:

• Real Estate Analyst Specialist Pay rate: $750 per closing
• Acquisitions Specialist Pay rate: 15% per closing aiming for 20 deals monthly
• Disposition Specialist Pay rate: 15% per closing aiming for 20 deals monthly
• Housing Placement Specialist Pay rate: 8% per rental property
• Lead Research Specialist Pay rate: $500 per closing
• Transaction Coordinator Pay rate: $500 per closing
• Investor Relations Specialist Pay rate: 2% points per closing
• Prospective Lead Specialist Pay rate: $500 per closing
• Social Media Specialist Pay rate: $300 per month
• Creative Financing Volunteer Unpaid Internship Possibility for bonuses and potential contract after 90 days of Internship.
• Pitch Deck Specialist Pay rate: $300 per closing
• Human Resource Specialist Pay rate: $750 per closing
• Contractors JV (Joint Venture) Pay rate: Based on project
