Position Overview

The PR/Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, manage public relations efforts, and engage with our audience through compelling content and campaigns. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and results-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, and initiatives.
• Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and cultivating relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Create and curate content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.
• Plan and execute events, promotional campaigns, and partnerships to boost brand recognition.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
• Background in event planning or community outreach.
