Physician-Provider Recruiter

Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Physician/Provider Recruiter that will office in our corporate offices in Las Colinas, TX.  The role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will work closely with our CEO in hiring Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for all our clinic locations.  This position is critical in our mission of helping people take back their lives from depression and anxiety. 

Be Excited to:

• Use your knowledge of provider networks and innovative sourcing; recruit and hire physicians and advanced practice providers
• Shepherd the interview process, present Serenity’s compensation model, and close the engagement of a successful hire
• Maintain and manage provider employment contracting
• Report on recruiting, hiring and onboarding metrics of the provider talent funnel

What We Need from You:

• 1-3 years of physician/provider recruiting experience preferred
• Manage and oversee candidate evaluation, schedule onsite interviews, and negotiate employment agreements
• Hands-on experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VP's, Directors, etc.
• A professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
