Job Description

BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and work through
different planes of movement. BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the
general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey.
As the Head Coach, you will oversee all studio coaches, own all aspects of the member training experience and
work closely with the owner/franchisee/studio manager to deliver the studio’s member growth and profitability
aspirations.

community and experience to all people, everywhere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout class
• Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
• Teach proper techniques to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing coaches
• Have a strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
• Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following

Qualifications:

• Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach
• Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
• Coaching experience preferred
• Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create a high-energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
• Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
