Job Description

Pay: $28 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift Hours: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply Maxim Healthcare in Hanford, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with a pediatric patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube. Responsibilities: + Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. + Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. $500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week. A $250 is also offered for any referrals.
