We are on track to deliver our first commercial product in 2024. Title: Contractor, Operations Management

The Role:

d-Matrix is seeking an experienced Operations professional to drive ERP implementation, business process definition and deployment in the areas of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Product Supply Planning, Logistics and Fulfillment operations to achieve world-class TTM, cost, quality and delivery performance.

What you will do:

  • Define the business architecture, establish business process and drive ERP implementation for the following overarching processes

  • Procure-to-Pay

  • Order-to Cash

  • Establish an E2E Material planning process covering ASIC vendor, HW ODM and relevant sub-tier suppliers aligned with the Procure-2-Pay business architecture.

  • Implement Inventory Management and Tracking process to maintain real-time visibility of assets, open liabilities and E&O exposure across the supply chain and drive process rigor for monthly close.

  • Participate in partner selection and drive setup of Fulfillment node(s) incorporating effective forward and reverse logistics processes and implementing WMS modules in selected ERP system.

  • Define and deploy Standard Cost process aligned with negotiated commercial terms with all Mfg partners.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field.

15+ years’ hands-on experience in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management in High-Tech industry (Semiconductor and Hardware) with a strong understanding of E2E supply chain functions including demand planning, supply planning, procurement, inventory, material planning, capacity planning, factory execution, forward logistics and return logistics.

Prior experience driving ERP implementation in High Tech industry with direct knowledge of one or more prevalent tools such as Oracle, SAP or NetSuite
