Wonderful Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  positions are available at our award-winning Cassia senior community,  Chapel View!New grads are welcome!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)at Chapel View , you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Position Type: On-Call

Available Shifts:

• Evenings (2:30pm to 11:00pm)
• Days  (6:30am to 3:00pm)
• Nights (NOC) (10:30pm to 7:00am)

Wage Range: 
LPN $37 / hour
RN $46 / hour

Location: 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, Hopkins, MN 55343 Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have a current Minnesota RN or LPN license and be in good standing.
• At least one year of long-term care experience.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
