Job Description: Are you a skilled Class A CDL truck driver seeking a stable regional route with consistent home time? Join our team as a Midwest Regional Route Truck Driver. You’ll be on the road for 8 days, followed by a 34-hour reset at home, providing a great balance between work and family life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods within the Midwest region, including states such as Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
• Comply with all federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Effectively communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of freight.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of cargo, routes, and driving hours using electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring freight is delivered on time and in excellent condition.
• Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
