What We're Looking For:

• We seek an exceptional Part-Time Member Concierge for our Gainesville, VA shop.
• This can be a part-time or full-time role.
• We need someone who can work during the weekday and weekends. 20-25 hours a week.

We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Member Concierge who may have past salon, barbershop, spa, or wellness experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Member Concierge at Hammer & Nails, you will:

• Greet and welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
• Assist members in making reservations for various services and amenities, such as spa treatments, dining, events, etc.
• Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to enhance members' experiences based on their preferences and interests.
• Handle member inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met to the best of your ability.
• Coordinate and facilitate special arrangements for members, such as organizing celebrations or surprises for special occasions.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the club's offerings, facilities, and events to provide accurate and up-to-date information to members.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed members' expectations.

Qualifications:

Passion, dedication, and a customer-centric attitude are more important than formal qualifications. However, the following skills will make you an ideal fit:

• Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
• A genuine passion for providing personalized and attentive service to enhance the overall member experience.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of members.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the high standards of our establishment.
