Remote Practice Manager Position

What we are looking for:
We are looking to hire a diligent practice manager to run the business operations of our hearing aid practice. You will be responsible for hiring administrative staff, managing finances, running reports, and ensuring that the practice delivers good customer service.
To be successful as a practice manager, you should be highly organized and self-motivated. Top candidates will also have great leadership and interpersonal skills.
What you will do:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Hiring, onboarding, and supervising administrative staff.
• Managing weekly and monthly reports.
• Managing accounts receivable.
• Overseeing timesheets/commission sheets and running payroll.
• Overseeing Hearing Aid inventory and restocking office supplies.
• Overseeing the organization of patient records.
• Coverage of offices that are short-staffed.
• Minimal IT responsibilities, such as the troubleshooting of computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Ensuring our practice complies with industry regulations.
• Working as a team to ensure the practice runs effectively.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
• Management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Leadership qualities, with good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of finance management.
• Professional appearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
