Enter show promotion elements (promos and graphic) and all the support information to generate the broadcast promotion schedule, as well as assist in reporting of these promotional elements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for locking in daily promotion schedules
• Generate weekly sports/entertainment production orders
• Build templates, formats and event profiles for all CBS shows, including sporting events
• Enter daily promo changes in the TX promotion schedule
• Assist in promo revisions on a daily basis
• Track early promo ingest needs to meet schedule deadlines
• Assists other coordinators entering future promotional materials on a weekly basis
• Provides weekly commitment reports for news and sports
• Assists in ordering daytime program promotional material
• On-Call some nights/weekends for emergency issues
• Additional tasks may be added as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 + years of equivalent work experience
• Windows operating system
• Time management & multitasking skills
• Well organized and detail oriented. Accuracy of data input is critical to prevent mistakes on the air.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
