Job Description

Position Summary: The Massage Therapist reports to the Director of Fitness and performs massage therapy services on the members of Bentwater and their guests. Job Specifications/Qualifications: (Min. knowledge, skills, and abilities required) - Education/Training (or equivalent): H.S. Degree College Degree* Certification/License* High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred Massage Therapy License CPR, First Aid * Technical or Administrative Knowledge: - Special Skills and Abilities and/or: Excellent Customer Service Skills Essential Functions include but not limited to the following:

• Maintain good standing in the professional community, and keep all certifications and state licensing, related to the profession, up to date.
• Maintain a clean working environment and implements, keeping in standards set by state guidelines.
• Assist in the sales of retail products, and communicating inventory needs to management.
• Assist in special events as deemed necessary by management.
• Ensure attire is in keeping with Bentwater Day Spa guidelines.
• Perform any job/task assigned by Fitness Director and up in the chain of command.
• Take an active role in providing first-class service to Members and guests of the Fitness Center and Day Spa.
• Have good communication with Bentwater management.
