Job Summary

Provide assistance to the GPC Marketing team and Business Director with day-to-day reporting, and support on various product, marketing and sales projects.  Some administrative support required.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support with Maintenance of Vendor Masters, Price Lists, Credit Notes, Discount Grid, BI Forms, Check Book
    • Work Closely with Marketing and New Product Development Departments:
    • Work with LATAM regions in the development of new items.
    • Support the creation of product specs Technical Sheets & artworks with vendors & Creative Services.
  • Follow up with Supply Chain and vendors to determine status of all projects.
  • Work with Regulatory Department to support regions request.
  • Work uploading graphic information to the Salsify Catalogue and content.
  • Create sku codes and provide all tech data to Supply Chain to create product in SAP system.
  • Create sell sheets, product knowledge materials and other materials for Sales teams.
  • Maintain frequent contact with LATAM marketing team and help in terms of product information, project status, etc.
  • Manage product samples for internal needs and retail sales force.
  • Assist in the development of presentations.
  • Process marketing invoices and track marketing expenses.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as purchasing competitive samples, making copies, shipping requests, meeting set-up, etc.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Actively completing BS/BA in Business with minimum three years completed
  • 1 year marketing/sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in English & Spanish, both oral and written communications
  • Marketing & Sales related job experience preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.
