Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $19.99 + 2.00 shift diferential
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring our compression/injection molding machines to produce high-quality seals used in automotive and machinery applications. This is a full-time position with training provided on the 1st shift. If you have a strong work ethic, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
Job Specifications:
Job Type: Full-time- Temp to perm
Location: Northfield, NH
Pay Rate: - Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor compression/injection molding machines to produce seals
Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Utilize basic computer skills for documentation purposes
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Ability to train on the 1st shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina to stand for the entire shift
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35lbs
Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
