Job Description

We are searching for an Associate Attorney with a strong academic background and a passion for legal research and writing. The successful candidate will have two or more years of litigation experience with a talent for delivering compelling written arguments. This is the perfect opportunity for an associate attorney looking to work from home on exciting high-stakes cases with a highly respected practice.

Qualifications:

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Member and in good standing of the California State Bar
* 2+ years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, and/or complex/class action disputes
* Highly skilled in legal research and drafting complaints, motions, briefs, memorandums, discovery, and other legal correspondence
* Superior written and oral communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines efficiently
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically
