Job Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with referral partners, such as Realtors, Financial Advisors, and Bank Branches.
Identify and pursue partnership opportunities through company-sponsored events and direct consumer outreach.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
Analyze financial and credit data to match consumer needs with the right loan programs and assess risk levels.
Enhance visibility in the marketplace to foster brand recognition and trust.

Requirements:

A valid NMLS state license is required.
1+ years of successful experience in external/outside retail mortgage origination, focusing on self-sourced business.
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting branch production standards.
Comprehensive familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines and all aspects of real estate transactions.
