Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with referral partners, including realtors, financial advisors, and bank branches.
Identify and cultivate partnership opportunities through company-sponsored events and direct-to-consumer activities.
Gain in-depth knowledge of available products, policies, procedures, and underwriting requirements.
Analyze financial and credit data to match consumer needs with suitable loan programs and assess risk levels.
Enhance visibility in the marketplace through proactive engagement and community involvement.

Requirements:

A valid NMLS state license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, with a focus on self-sourced business.
Proven sales track record with the ability to meet established production standards.
Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA guidelines, along with a solid understanding of real estate transaction processes.
