An AV-Rated national law firm with a Fortune 500 client base and a strong commitment to diversity is looking for an extremely bright, energetic and innovative law clerk to support the firm’s Princeton office attorneys. If you have an interest in practicing commercial litigation and employment law, gaining valuable hands on legal experience and fine tuning your research, writing and client management skills, this is a great opportunity to work with a rapidly growing, dynamic law firm that concentrates its practice on handling challenging and complex legal matters.
Successful candidate must be a highly organized, motivated self-starter, who works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. This position will involve drafting various legal documents and correspondence, assisting experienced attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and legal research. Candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent written/verbal communication, organizational and computer skills and be willing to handle simple office duties on an as needed basis. This position is best suited for a part time and/or evening student and someone who is interested in commercial litigation, employment law, and/or creditor’s rights.
