Junior Architectural Project Manager job at Placement By Design Fort Worth, TX, US

Job Description

Seeking Junior level Architectural Project Manager with 3-5 years experience in Architecture office with experience in retail and/or restaurant project types.

Responsibilities

Work with production team to complete construction documents
Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
Coordination with engineers and consultants
Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD , Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary

Requirements

Minimum of bachelor degree in architecture
3-5 years of architecture experience
Experience working on retail and/or restaurant project types
Autocad proficiency required
Revit proficiency preferred
On the path to architecture licensure preferred
