Job Description

As an all-source analyst on our team, you’ll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment. You’ll learn how to validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for senior policymakers. This is a chance to grow your expertise in researching, drafting, and publishing time-sensitive threat assessments. You’ll develop new skills in evaluating entities suspected of targeting US interests and proprietary technology and evaluate Cyber and counterintelligence threats. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience with supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
• Experience with independently authoring and taking the lead on drafting, coordinating, and publishing comprehensive all-source intelligence products under tight deadlines
• Experience with briefing senior leadership, including high-ranking government officials
• Experience with conducting peer reviews and editing draft papers
• Knowledge of IC analytic and tradecraft standards in accordance with ICD 203
• Ability to conduct classified and unclassified research using IC research tools and classify and cite reports used in finished product lines appropriately
• Ability to work within a team collaboratively
• Ability to travel locally, as needed
• Ability to provide a writing sample
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in analysis
• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience with political- or socio-economic-related analysis
• Experience with the IC and its products, procedures, and computer networks
• Experience with supporting and engaging in maintaining contacts with academics and other non-governmental specialists
• Ability to evaluate emerging and disruptive technologies and intelligence issues
• Ability to show an aptitude for analysis and evaluate and assess intelligence
• Possession of excellent research skills

CLEARANCE:

• TS/SCI with CI polygraph minimum
