Job Highlights:

Primary Function: As a Hospitality Consultant specializing in Strategic Alliances, you will drive sales and cultivate new business opportunities within the Hospitality Market. This role focuses on building relationships with Architecture & Design (A&D), Commercial Real Estate, and Hospitality firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven sales ability with a consistent record of success.
Identify and generate new business within the Hospitality Design and Real Estate sectors.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive value and leads.
Create market strategies to enhance brand recognition and acquire new clients.
Collaborate with our hospitality team to tailor product solutions to client needs.
Present product solutions to Design and Real Estate Development firms, leading efforts to secure new projects.
Utilize consultative selling skills to craft compelling value propositions.
Stay informed about current hospitality trends and leverage insights to support client needs.
Manage and implement Strategic Alliances events to enhance company visibility.
Maintain clear communication with account teams and clients, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.
Negotiate effectively with clients and vendors when necessary.
Collaborate closely with major hospitality vendors to align go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (BA/BS in Design, Architecture, or Real Estate preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience in the hospitality furniture industry is a plus.
Business-to-business sales experience.
Design background.
Familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
Negotiation skills.
