You’ll coordinate scheduling and dispatch for 9 skilled technicians while ensuring clear, professional communication with our customers.
· Schedule and dispatch the service technicians across plumbing and electrical services
· Communicate directly with customers regarding appointments, updates, and follow-ups
· Prioritize calls based on urgency, availability, and technician skill set
· Use ServiceTitan software to manage scheduling, job details, and technician updates
· Maintain close communication with the field and management teams to keep operations smooth
· Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction
· Experience in dispatching, customer service, or office coordination (home services background a plus)
· Plumbing or electrical related customer service experience is a strong plus
· Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills, both with customers and technicians
· Calm under pressure, with a positive and professional attitude
· $25–$29/hr starting pay + spiffs & bonuses
