What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they enter the facility.
• Assist customers by answering questions and guiding them through our services.
• Manage customer check-in and wait times efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front reception area.
• Coordinate with service technicians and staff to ensure timely customer service.
• Handle phone calls and direct them to appropriate team members.
• Provide general information about Precision Tune Auto Care services.
