**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility will be operating an order picker to pull doors throughout the night. The ideal candidate must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. **Responsibilities** + Operate order picker and forklift to pull and stack doors. + Utilize pick sheets for order picking, with potential transition to new technology systems. + Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working on feet all day. + Unload trucks using forklifts and transport materials into the warehouse. + Adhere to safety protocols, especially when operating cherry pickers and working at heights up to 30 feet. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers/order pickers. + Comfortable working at heights and able to be trained on cherry picker if not already experienced. + Proficient in using pick sheets for order picking. + Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in shipping and receiving operations. + Openness to learning and using new technologies. + Ability to use tape measure and racking systems. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers great benefits, annual raises every April, and opportunities for career advancement. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and using various forklift types, including sit-down and cherry pickers. The dress code is safety-focused, with appropriate personal protective equipment required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
