Position Overview:
The Florida Parent Teacher Association (PTA) seeks an innovative and strategic Executive Director to lead the organization’s operations, advocacy efforts, fundraising, and long-term growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with solid nonprofit management experience, an ability to foster collaborations, and a deep passion for empowering families and communities.
Florida is a vibrant, diverse state with unique challenges and opportunities. The ideal candidate must possess a deep passion for Florida's families, the value of public education and community outreach, and the creativity and curiosity to amplify the voices of all who call it home.
This leader will embrace the complexity of the state, ensuring that every region and demographic is represented in Florida PTA's work with volunteer leadership to advocate for equitable education and family engagement and help to fundraise to advance these goals.
