Qualifications & Experience

• At least 5 years working in a professional capacity either for yourself or for a professional company
• Familiar with basic functionality of social media apps (Facebook & Linkedin)
• Excellent communication skills on the Phone and via Zoom

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly training & development streams via zoom
• Flexible working hours: You choose when you work (as an independent partner you can opt to work in different regions around the world at the hours that suit you and your schedule).
• Generate leads via social media (We teach you how to do this)
• Call candidates and take them through a structured interview process (training & scripts provided)
• All work is done on your laptop and phone (100% work from anywhere!!)
