About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will support the event planning process from start to finish, assisting with logistics, coordination, and execution. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that events run smoothly and that every detail is in place, helping to create impactful experiences that leave lasting impressions on our clients and their audiences. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Manage event logistics, including securing venues, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and satisfaction.
• Assist in creating event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring everything runs according to plan.
• Monitor and track event budgets, ensuring expenses stay within the allotted budget.
• Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a similar field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
