The ERP Functional Analyst SAP FI/CO collaborates with our Finance department and will use fact-based analyses and insights to leverage existing SAP solutions to best support our business. We ask that you have subject matter expertise on Finance processes within a FMCG and distribution company utilizing direct store delivery (DSD) and AR automation combined with detailed system knowledge about SAP FI/CO on S/4 HANA. You’ll work on projects and initiatives with our Finance Department to help to improve efficiencies further. Understanding the overall data flows across Red Bull systems, in addition to data integration and data exchange topics, will enable you to identify cross-departmental optimization opportunities. You will report to the Sr. IT Manager, Finance Applications, provide 2nd level support, and collaborate with our global IT team headquartered in Austria on projects and 3rd level support issues.
RESPONSIBILITIESAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Act as IT SME for finance processes impacting our distribution company and SAP.
Understand process steps and data flows end to end across involved systems.
Provide functional expertise and configuration knowledge in SAP S/4.
Collaborate with architects to design, implement and steadily improve our processes on SAP S/4 and integrated solutions.
Manage enhancements from requirements gathering to implementation and go live.
Provide support for issues appearing in the communication or processing of data.
Identify opportunities to increase level of automation within our accounts receivable process.
Collaborate with our Finance team to drive efficiencies within areas like cash application, collections, and dispute handling.
Understand integration and AR data flow between SAP FI and SD module.
Identify technology trends within the industry and how they can be applied to our specific use cases.
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies within our account payable process.
Be the IT SME for our Taulia Vendor Portal.
Partner with business to create / validate new requirements and support alignment processes.
Evaluate solutions to steadily improve existing processes Identify technology trends within the industry and how they can be applied to our specific use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements.
Improve User Experience and keep solutions up to date from a technical perspective.
Collaborate with architects, functional specialists and developers during design, implementation, testing and go live Align enhancements with our Planning and Reporting team.
Improve project outcome by driving testing cycles and creation of detailed technical documentation.
Provide guidance regarding system support for business functions.
Troubleshoot issues linked to applications for our Finance Department.
Provide documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement, lead initiatives arising from findings.
Collaborate with AMS team to steadily improve finance support processes.
