Job Description

Job Summary John Sinclair Nissan is looking for a full time Entry Level Technician/Oil Tech to join our team in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This position is responsible for completing oil changes, minor repairs, and tire rotations. The Technician/Oil Tech will report to the Service Manager and will work with other technicians in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position is $14 to $19.5 per Hour, paid Weekly. Responsibilities
  • Perform routine oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs assigned by Service Manager
  • Ensure timely completion of repair and servicing in order to meet customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation including Vehicle Service Records and Warranty Documentation
  • Communicate regularly with Service Manager and other technicians in order to ensure successful completion of service
  • Follow all safety protocols and precautionary measures while performing all repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to think and act quickly in order to diagnose and repair customer vehicles
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with no at-fault accidents
  • Successful completion of criminal background check
