This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizing memorable experiences and have a knack for detail-oriented tasks. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will be involved in various aspects of event coordination, from site selection to logistics and on-site management. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and festivals.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring smooth check-in processes.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
  • Support marketing efforts through social media promotions and content creation.
  • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
