As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be fully trained across various company operations and work on high-profile marketing campaigns , ensuring daily objectives and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to team tasks and independently manage assigned objectives.
• Act as an internal liaison between customers and the client.
• Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns.
• Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations.
• Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role.
• Liaise with customers , ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback.
• Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance.
• Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.

• No experience necessary , but you must be coachable and eager to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, enthusiastic , and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and handle dynamic situations with confidence.
