Duties

-Assist with feeding children
-Assist with diaper changing/potty training/pottying
-Work with children and lead teacher in the classroom
-Assist lead teacher in communicating with parents
-Assist lead teacher in keeping classroom clean (cleaning toys, taking out trash, etc)
-Responsible for children and routines in the classroom when the lead teacher is out of the room

Requirements

Minimum state required classes, or the ability to obtain with 6 months of hire, associate degree in
early childhood education, CDA, or a relevant field. But, will train the right person.
? Infant CRP, or be willing to obtain
? Able to build respectful relationships with children, families, and co-workers
? Willingness to lead a small group of children and maintain an organized classroom
? Ability to create a safe warm environment for the children
? Positive attitude
? Ability to lift and hold students
? Ability to stand, sit, walk on various surfaces inside and outside.
