As a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator, you will be crucial in ensuring our platform remains a secure and welcoming space. You will review and moderate user content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines, helping to create a positive experience for everyone. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from our modern office in Malta and remotely!

Your Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring & Moderation: Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.
• Report & Escalate: Identify and escalate any harmful or inappropriate content for further investigation.
• User Interaction: Engage with the community and provide feedback to improve adherence to guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and positive community environment.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements:

• Fluent Dutch Speaker: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is essential.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English (B2 level) for effective communication.
• Keen Eye for Detail: Strong ability to quickly assess and make accurate judgments.
• Positive Outlook: Friendly, supportive, and open-minded, with a passion for community safety.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable navigating various online platforms and tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
