As a Dutch Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our platform. You will review and moderate content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines, creating a positive experience for all users. This role is hybrid, allowing you to work both from our modern office in Malta and from the comfort of your home!

What You’ll Do:

• Content Review & Moderation: Monitor user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure it complies with our community standards and guidelines.
• Report & Escalate: Identify and escalate potentially harmful or inappropriate content for further review.
• Community Engagement: Assist in managing user interactions and provide feedback on community guidelines to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and safe community environment.
• Learn & Grow: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content moderation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Dutch: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch is essential.
• English Skills: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with team members and users.
• Attention to Detail: Strong observational skills and the ability to make quick, accurate judgments.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, supportive, and open-minded, with a passion for maintaining a positive community.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online platforms and tools.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
