Your New Role

• Dispatch technicians efficiently to customer locations
• Communicate job details between technicians and customers
• Process permits, schedule inspections, and coordinate with APCO
• Debrief technicians' post-job and update data in company software
• Handle administrative and reporting tasks as required
• Experience: 1-2 years in a dispatching or similar role
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Office-based role using company software and computer
• Must pass background check and drug test
• Tobacco-free workplace
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him
as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on
residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating
and cooling division. In November 2016, we started offering plumbing services to
our customers. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of
commercial projects in Alabama.
