  • Work with the Director of Advancement, the Associate Director of Advancement and the Marketing & Communications team to design, develop, maintain, and refresh Advancement publications and materials, including appeals, invitations, the Bulletin Magazine and other strategic pieces in support of donor cultivation, stewardship and engagement.
  • Help support and engage key Advancement volunteer groups, including the Parents’ Association, Alumni Council, Annual Fund Ambassador Team, Biennial Auction Committee and the Advancement Committee.
  • Work closely with members of the Advancement Team and other members of the NCCS community, including our Director of Community Engagement (who manages school events) and other members of the Leadership Team to plan, organize, and execute community-building events, including the Biennial Auction, Alumni Weekend and other alumni gatherings, Grandparents’ & Special Friends’ Day, Campaign events and other strategic fundraising, cultivation and stewardship events throughout the year.
  • Manage Advancement & Alumni Associate, as well as key alumni volunteers and summer interns.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fun and fast-paced environment
