With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **_Candidates must reside in Florida OR be willing to relocate_** **Responsibilities:** + Oversees the strategic administration and optimization of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, managing user access, metadata, and system integrations, while supporting marketing and creative teams. + The role includes curating digital assets, enforcing metadata standards, conducting audits, providing user support and training, and collaborating across departments to maintain secure, efficient digital asset workflows in alignment with brand and regulatory requirements. + Creates and maintains comprehensive training materials and documentation. + Works closely with Information Services, Marketing, Communications and other internal departments across the organization. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital file formats. + Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA). + HS Graduate or Equivalent GED and 5 years' experience as System Administrator in DAM/Digital Library or similar system; OR Bachelor's Library Science, Information Management, Marketing, or a related field and 1 year experience as System Administrator in DAM/Digital Library or similar system.
